Real Madrid Intend To Appeal To The Administrative Court Of Sport For Jude Bellingham Suspension

Real Madrid will appeal to the Administrative Court of Sport (TAD) for the suspension of two matches imposed on Englishman Jude Bellingham, confirmed on Friday by the Appeals Commission of the Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), for his expulsion in Mestalla after running towards the referee, Gil Manzano, “in an aggressive and screaming attitude, repeating several times “it’s a fucking goal“, according to the referee’s report.

The Madrid midfielder was expelled at the end of the game against Valencia after protesting against the referee’s decision to refuse a goal he had scored while the match was over, with a head on a Brahim Diaz center that would have allowed his team to win 3-2.

According to the club’s sources, there is not much hope, because they do not believe that this resolution will arrive in time, and they therefore assume that he will serve the suspension of two games, this Sunday against Celta Vigo in Santiago Bernabéu and on Saturday 16 during the visit to Osasuna.

The Disciplinary Committee has already rejected the allegations presented by Real Madrid and imposed a suspension of two matches for insult or disrespect towards the referees, with an additional fine of 700 euros for the club and 600 euros for the player, pursuant to Article 124 of the RFEF Disciplinary Code.
