Mason Mount Returned Back On Field After 3 months Of Battling With Calf Injury

Good news for Manchester United. Mason Mount trained with his teammates on Tuesday after recovering from a calf injury last November.

Mason Mount resumed collective training with Manchester United for the first time since his calf injury on November 11.

The 25-year-old player, who joined Old Trafford from Chelsea for €64 million last summer, played only 12 matches this season.

“We still don’t know when Mount could return to the group, but the coach could provide some details on Friday, at his next pre-game press conference,” reads Manchester United’s statement.

The English offensive midfielder could return to the field after the international truce, at the end of March.
